Mid-market providers are squeezed from both ends. The global players run in-house analytics teams. The small operators do not need to. Everyone in the middle carries enterprise-scale data on SME-scale resources, and hiring six specialists to fix it costs more than the problem.

If only there was a way to get value from data without the cost and hassle of building that department yourself, we thought. And we realised how many built environment organisations were sitting in exactly the same position.
